5-year limited warranty
NIMBUS Living Co. warrants the NIMBUS Cloud Couch against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Frame structural failure.
- Cushion foam degradation beyond normal settling (more than 1 inch loss).
- Fabric defects (seam separation, premature pilling, color fading from normal use).
- Modular connector failure.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes.
- Damage from commercial or outdoor use.
- Pet damage (scratches, chewing).
- Intentional damage or misuse.
