We ship every NIMBUS Cloud Couch from our distribution center via white-glove delivery service. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day begin processing the same day.

Delivery timelines

White-glove shipping (free): 5–10 business days. Delivered to your room of choice.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: 10–15 business days.
International: Not currently available.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking within 48 hours of dispatch. The white-glove team will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
