We want you to love your NIMBUS. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your cloud couch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email returns@nimbus.example with your order number.
- We will schedule a free pickup from your home within 5 business days.
- Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
Return conditions
- The sofa must be in sellable condition (no permanent stains, tears, or structural damage).
- All modular sections and ottomans must be returned.
- Normal use wear is acceptable.
Non-refundable items
- Throw pillows and accessories if opened/used.
- Gift cards.
