I'm Maya. I started NIMBUS in Brooklyn, New York after the kind of frustration that compounds: Three of us were stuck in NYC walk-ups where every couch we tried was either too big to fit through the door or too stiff to nap on. So we built the one that does both. So we built NIMBUS.
We pick one product and obsess. The Cloud Couch is the only thing we sell. That means we know high-density foam (1.8 lb/ft³) vs the cheap 1.2 lb stuff, click-together hardware that takes 15 minutes with zero tools, and corduroy weave that wipes clean even after dark coffee cold. If something is wrong with yours, you'll talk to me or someone two desks away — not a chatbot.
Order it. Try it for 30 days in your real living room, with kids and a dog. If it doesn't earn its spot, we pay for the return. Last quarter our return rate was 4.2% — we publish it because it matters.
